One Requirement
Must be 18 or older. You may apply solo or with a partner. Solo applicants may be paired by us!

Send a photo of a completed DIY project you've already done. Only one entry per team. Photos may be used for promotional purposes.

Day 1 — May 30th
Shopping & Workshop Day

9:00 AM — Teams depart from Colorful Kidz (497 Route 6A, East Sandwich) with a volunteer photographer for a yard sale shopping spree.

Each team receives a set budget from Colorful Kidz. Must purchase 3 pieces of furniture + decorative accessories.

All remaining money becomes part of the Day 2 kitty!

12:00 PM — Return to Colorful Kidz. Begin working in the workshop until 5 PM. Volunteers and a carpenter are on hand to assist.
⚠️ Please ensure you can comfortably lift the furniture you purchase with your teammate.

Workshop Access
Work at your own pace during open workshop hours. All pieces must be completed by Sunday, June 14th at 5:00 PM.

Day 2 — June 20th
Competition & Sale Day!

7:30 AM — Set up your booth at American Legion, 20 Main St., Sandwich, MA

10:00 AM — Doors open! Free admission for the public.

Your flipped furniture pieces go on sale — all proceeds benefit Colorful Kidz.

Judges evaluate all entries. The winning team takes home bragging rights, prizes, and the coveted Cape Cod Flippz Champion title!

Workshop Hours
Early morning hours are optional and available by arrangement. You may only
use the original furniture & decorative items purchased on Day 1.
