Thank you for your interest in the first annual Cape Cod Vintage Market! We are excited to bring this one-day market, at the American Legion in beautiful historic Sandwich, the oldest town on Cape Cod.
The Cape Cod Vintage Market will take place inside the covered pavilion at the American Legion in Sandwich featuring a curated selection of vintage furniture, clothing, accessories, upcycled home goods, collectibles, artisan foods and hand crafted specialty items with a vintage flair.
This family event will include music, food trucks, a cash bar, a children’s outdoor craft area, raffles, and the 5th annual Cape Cod Flippz furniture flipping competition to benefit Colorful Kidz, creating a lively atmosphere for shoppers and vendors alike. We want this to be a destination location year after year.

To ensure a diverse and successful vintage market we are seeking vendors offering:
Vintage home decor
Vintage garden items and statuary
Textiles with an emphasis on linens, table cloths and clothing
Vintage Jewelry Vintage charm bracelets, Bakelite pins, and 1930s-40s costume jewelry
Handmade goods to include soap, candles, and specialty items. All products must be displayed in a vintage style
Collectibles old books, postcards, frames, and small metal items
Antiques and unique treasures
⛺ Vendor Space
Vendors will be set up inside the outdoor covered event pavilion behind the American Legion and will be provided a 10’ x 8’ space. Your booth must be decorated in a curated vintage style.
🔧 Set-Up & Breakdown
Vendors must arrive at least one hour prior to market opening
Vendors will be assigned a designated space and guided by onsite staff
All materials must be packed up and removed at the conclusion of the event
No on-site storage is available before or after the event.
🚗 Unloading & Parking
Vendor unloading will take place in designated areas near the pavilion.
One parking spot per vendor. Vendors must print out and display parking permit on the dashboard.
💵 Vendor Fee & Cancellation Policy
The vendor fee is $75 per 10’ x 8’ space.
Approved vendors must submit payment in full within 3 days of approval. Vendor fees are non-refundable. Vendors not paid in full by the deadline will be removed from the vendor list.

📝 Application Deadline
All applications will be approved on a rolling basis and must be submitted by May 15th.
Applications submitted after spots are filled or after this date will be placed on a waitlist. Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot at the market.
All submissions will be reviewed by our Leadership Team, and applicants will be notified of acceptance or denial no later than May 18th.
